Woodlands factory burns again

Posted by jtsmyth8 on June 12, 2008

2 workers carrying out salvage work at the gutted factory in Woodlands Terrace on Thursday set off another blaze.

They were trying to separate two steel drums containing essential oils in the burnt-out KL Koh Enterprise factory with gas torches when they sparked off a flash fire, which was quickly put out.

The workers were unhurt.

The factory, which produces esential oils used in the processing of perfumes and food products, was destroyed by fire last Friday. (story)
